I have a great question....I am vacationing in Waikiki right now and avoiding white rice, bread and starches and deserts and trying to stay as close to Adam's Diet as possible (high fat, low carb, high fiber) but I am drinking a ton of Mai Tai's which are bascially sugar-bombs...I don't care because I am on vacation, but if these drinks are a necessary part of my daily routine should I be eating differently to compensate for all the sugar?
