In a perfect world:
F 30% (<10% saturated)
P&C - Between 30% & 40% for each

I typically aim for a protein intake of around .8-1g per lb of my bodyweight. For me thats like 190-210grms.
My C/F typically splits 50/50 on cals.

I do 1 g. of protein per body weight, some days a bit higher. I only eat carbs from veggies or dairy, so most times it's between 10-15 % of my totals for carbs. The rest is fat. Soooo about 45-55% fat, 10-15 carbs, and 30-40% protein. IMO, it's not about the macros, it's about the quality of foods.

Galya, it looks like you and the other Spiders follow what appears to be close to Adam's diet? I saw that Milko asked some questions of Adam when the diet first got on here. High in protein, high in good fat, fairly low in carbs?

I don't eat like galya does but I would like to echo the quality of food comments, getting your carbs from non processed natural foods is the way to go.
