you can overdo it on the fish oil pills, i wouldnt make them your ONLY fat source or even your main one. They arent the only 'healthy' fats, all fats are healthy(with the exception of trans fats) in the right quantities:
-Avocados
-Olives
-Mixed Nuts
-Olive Oil
-Hemp Oil
-Some full fat organic dairy
-Coconut
-MCT Oil
