I need to get some more healthy fats in my diet. Right now I take 2 fish oil caps 6 times a day which gives me 120 calories and 12g fat. Of course that is from the servings of the fish oil pills i got. Is it ok to bump this up to a total of 18 instead of 12? I also eat raw almonds once or twice a day. I also have flax seed oil pills as well but havent opened them yet.

you can overdo it on the fish oil pills, i wouldnt make them your ONLY fat source or even your main one. They arent the only 'healthy' fats, all fats are healthy(with the exception of trans fats) in the right quantities:

-Avocados
-Olives
-Mixed Nuts
-Olive Oil
-Hemp Oil
-Some full fat organic dairy
-Coconut
-MCT Oil

Fats should make up 20-30% of your total calories. Some even say a little more. It would be a good idea to find out the total pecentage of fats you are currently eating. You can use fitday.com to do this.
