My general question is how to properly stack these supplements along with 6 meals a day, for leaning out. I also would like any advice on taking creatine while leaning-out, I have had mixed answers on this subject. I am in the process of designing a plan to lean out beginning in January, and I’m working hard to develop a combination that will work in addition to good diet, and exercise.

Here are the supplements I intend to take:
Lipo 6 - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nutrex/lipo6.html - I have heard great things about this product when it comes to leaning-out. Nearly everyone that I have talked to recommends it, and several websites rate it as the best fat burner on the market.

VasoPro - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mp/vaso.html - I am very interested to learn more about this product. All the statements I have seen have mentioned this as a good supplement to treat bronchial asthma, which is exactly the type of asthma I suffer from. I have two questions here: 1.) Is anyone taking this supplement to treat bronchial asthma, if so how good of results have you seen? 2.) Aside from using this drug for asthma treatment what positive or negative results and side effects have you experienced?

Optimum 100% whey Protein - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html - I started working with this brand pf protein just last week and right of the bat I could tell it’s the best tasting I have experienced. I have only been using 2 scoops a day, one before, and one after my workout and I can feel a difference in hardness. I think I will be sticking with this stuff although feel free to advise the proper way to stack with the other supplements above.

As always I thank everyone for the great advise!

Before any of those(excluding the protein powder), I would have:

1) Fish oil(4-5 grams of EPA/DHA A day)
2) MCT oil is low carbing it to help w/ energy levels
3) Concentrated green-tea extract(like Lean Green)
4) Maybe a pre-wo bcaa drink like Xtend
5) If looking for something to boost metabolism ephdrine is still the best thing out. If you have heart problems stay away and I wouldnt reccomend taking it for long periods of time.

I am assuming your training and diet is TOP notch when giving you this advice. If either arent dialed in anything short of anabolics will be useless as far as supplements go.

So if I had to pick would you recommend using Vasopro rather than Lipo 6? If so how do you recommend taking it, and would you stack it with some or all of the other things you mentioned in your post?

Disclaimer - I don't think thermogenic supplements are necessary with proper diet and training, and they could be dangerous. Use at your own risk.

That being said, if you're going to use them, you might as well do it right.

Vasopro (ephedrine-HCL) works best when stacked with caffeine. You can use Lipo6, if you want, as your caffeine source, but I would go with generic NoDoz because it is much cheaper and probably just as effective.

Past research has shown the optimal ratio to be 20 mg ephedrine/200 mg caffeine. Start out with that dose once per day. You can gradually increase to 3 doses per day. I wouldn't recommend more than that. Also, don't take any within 6 hours of your bedtime if you want good sleep.

The way this stuff works, the longer you use it, the less noticeable the effect will be, and when you stop using it, you will be irritable, groggy, and want to eat everything in sight for a while.
