Basically I am low on cash right now and am almost out of Low Carb Grow. It is ok to just replace it with some cottage cheese before bed? How much should I eat???

That would be fine. A cup of low-fat cottage cheese is 180kcal and has 26 grams of protein. Do you have any idea how many grams per serving is actually casein in Grow!? Something I've been wondering.

ya heres some info on it:
110 calories
20g protein
3g carbs
