How many calories is that? And besides potatoes, I don't see any veggies. I've found that veggies are incredibly cheap for the amount that you get, for the most part.

I'd also look at getting some cottage cheese in there before bed if you are lacking calories - or in place of your shake. It might be a cheaper alternative to buy a big tub of cottage cheese, and that's another good source of protein. Nuts and dried fruit are another good portable food source - and the nuts are good proteins.

You've been around long enough too, that I'm sure you've seen a lot of the threads about cooking your meals the night before and putting them in some tupperware and having them with you. Do a quick scan through the Diet section and you should come up with some more ideas.

Good luck!

What is that, around 3000 calories? If that is enough for you then I don't see anything wrong with the diet other than the lack of veggies. I've found the best way to get veggies in is through salads, much better than just eating them by themselves, but then again you are bulking and I don't know how you are with appetite. I would favor cottage cheese over whey before bed, but I guess that is a moot point if you don't like cottage cheese.

you can go to www.fitday.com and keep track of your calories for free BBD. It will also give you a pie chart for your carbs, fat and protein.

Bulldog, have some more fats! For calories and health.

Mixed nuts, mixed oils(Olive, Flax, Coconut) are your friends. Plus they are easy ways to pack in the calories.
