Hello everyone my aim is to bulk up,i am 5ft 11inch,21 years old and 210lbs here is my diet

i am unable to cook at all so my meals are hand foods)
6.15-porridge with a cup of milk
8.45-1 chicken sandwich,milk,and nuts+dessicated liver tablets and brewers yeast
11.00-1 chicken sandwich and milk+fish oil caps
1pm-1 can of tuna fish and rice plus a pint of milk+aplle
3pm-post workout drink
3.45-training
4.45-post workout shake
6.00-4 egg whites,chicken and two baked patatoes
8.45-supreme whey drink
9.00-sleep
I could only afford a little food but hopefully that will be ok?please advise me????thanks all BB
