What brands do you guys pick up? I did a search but didn't come up with anything specific. I'm just curious. The main reason I am asking is because I picked up some 4C Green Tea but it is the powder form that you mix with water as opposed to normal tea bags. I was wondering if there are any draw backs to this? It is sweetened with sugar and some kind of honey/lemon stuff that adds carbs/calories. Here are the nutrition facts:

I just liked the way this brand tasted a lot.

Agreed. Stash is awesome (I get my black chai tea from them). Bigelow green tea is also pretty good.

Stash is a safe bet in the market.

I often pop buy an Asian Market (their word, not mine) and pick up a big box of 100 bags real cheap. Usually green tea and jasmine. Pretty good.

I don't really like the taste of plain green tea, so I often mix it with another tea bag when making the pot. But, the green tea and jasmine (or chamomile) is good by itself.

In a pinch, there are some decent "iced" green teas in large bottles in the soda section of most markets. Just get unsweetened. You'd think that someone making green tea (for a presumable health conscious customer) would avoid putting "crap" in the tea, but they don't always. Some even have HFCS as the sweetener!

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf sell full leaf flavored and classic green tea's & oolong (my fav).

once you start appreciating tea for what it is, upgrade yourself to Peet's Tea (they have a great site online) and in pursuit of tea, and upton tea.

i hear adagio tea is a great place to buy your tea, they have a great website - organized, and great FAQ's about tea and the health benefits.

I've been drinking lipton green tea. I like mine hot because when it's cool or even cold it seems bitter to me and I'd rather not put stuff in it.

I love green tea.. and have been drinking it for a long time.. but not daily.

These years my favorit is Japanese Sencha Green Tea, Low in Caffeine. It's marketed by "Anke Druse Organics Inc. Ontario, Canada

I get mine from a local Asian Food Store. Thier tea bags are dirt cheap, and taste better than the fancier brands they carry at my regular grocery store. The taste varies a good deal between different brands.

Lately I've been getting Gunpowder green tea. The Gunpowder is not a brand but a type. They roll the leaves into little pellets. It tastes so much better than every other brand tried.
