after an up and down year i am currently re-dedicating myself to a healthy lifestyle. last august i was around 220, i started on adam's diet and dropped to ~205. i fell off the wagon big time and went back to 220. then i got into a relationship and put on even more lbs (relationship good

, lbs, not so much

). this is what i eat pretty much all the time:
FitDay
add to that some cottage cheese before bed and my calorie total gets closer to 2100.
i need to add some more foods into the mix and up my calories--i'm feeling a little hungrier than i should be. according to the calorie calculator i use my intake should be about 2200 to lose 2lbs/week. btw, i only use the calories as a general guide. i'm really not concerned with hitting a number every day.
i was out of commission for a month due to illness, so i'm easing back into the gym with 2 whole-body workouts per week. i've never done much cardio at all, so i'm working on upping that as well.
