Question

after an up and down year i am currently re-dedicating myself to a healthy lifestyle. last august i was around 220, i started on adam's diet and dropped to ~205. i fell off the wagon big time and went back to 220. then i got into a relationship and put on even more lbs (relationship good , lbs, not so much ). this is what i eat pretty much all the time:

FitDay

add to that some cottage cheese before bed and my calorie total gets closer to 2100.

i need to add some more foods into the mix and up my calories--i'm feeling a little hungrier than i should be. according to the calorie calculator i use my intake should be about 2200 to lose 2lbs/week. btw, i only use the calories as a general guide. i'm really not concerned with hitting a number every day.

i was out of commission for a month due to illness, so i'm easing back into the gym with 2 whole-body workouts per week. i've never done much cardio at all, so i'm working on upping that as well.

thanks

Congrats on starting up again!! Hope this will be the Lifelong time for you.

You're definately on the right track, but I'll let someone else do the Fitday evaluation.

Good luck

el dano, looks good. I would replace some of the peanuts w/ almonds and walnuts as they have a better far profile.

Usually I make my own mixed nuts containing: 1/4 Cashews, 1/4 Almonds, 1/4 Walnuts, 1/4 Pistachios.
