Question

Wondering if anyone has any input on how to properly cycle carbohydrates. I eat clean & I am in the gym 5 days a week
weight training on 4 days & doing interval cardio after. I am pushing 50 now and body fat is coming down much slower.
Any knowledgable input would be greatly appreciated. I am 5'5" 185 lbs. Body fat approx 20% with a Muscular build.
Thanks

Welcome to the boards. Nice to have another oldtimer here.

If you're slowing down you may want to adjust you're training program and diet. You should switch your training up every 4-6 weeks. Also take a look on Amazon for a book called "Nutrient Timing". It break down what you should eat and when around your training routine.
