Ok, so now that ephedra's been banned, anyone have any information on what's a decent thermogenic? I'm considering adding that to my regimen to assist in additional weight loss and I'm looking for suggestions.

You can find ephedrine if you look hard enough...Im taking something called lipodrene..its a ECY stack (even though its not recommended to stack E and yohimbe, my body seems to be okay with it). If you go into a local disct nutrition store alot of people will have stuff behind the counter..at least in my case.

Sesathin from avantlabs seems to be popular but Ive read where it decreases libido on some, so you may want to consider that.
On bb.com, controlled labs have a new product called Red Acid thats stim free...not sure if that works or not as its being tested now...other than that, I take green tea, fish caps, drink alot of water, eat good and lift heavy.
Thanks for the tips Ray. Of course, I'm already doing things like lifting, HIIT, TKD, eating right, green tea, fish oil, etc. I'm just looking for a little added "boost", if you know what I mean.

lol..yeah thats true...btw oldguy, I just got back from NY...didnt chill in Queens much because my cousin moved back to brooklyn so I was there and uptown mahattan (washington heights) most of the time.
But when I got off the plane at La Guardia and rented an Explorer, I went west instead of east (or maybe I have it backwards) and ended up on Queens Blvd...so had to turn back around to get to the triborough bridge..anyway, NY is great, damn I miss it, I wanna move back- too boring here in FL
