I have arthritis in my right wrist. I am currently taking glucosamine and fish oils to helo with this as well as their other benefits. Does anyone know what amount is recommended on a daily basis. The glucosamine suggest 1g a day on the bottle.

Check out www.drtheo.com for an extensive amount of info on glucosamine.

Fish oils to help with arthritis? Because of inflammation? Do you have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid?

Osteo. And yes I have read about fish oils helping in the lubrication of the joints and being a good supplement for arthritis sufferers.
