Can these be good substitutes for ff cottage cheese?
I know cream cheese has quite a bit more sodium. But are these ok?

Actually I could! love that stuff more than ice-cream. ate it on baked patatoes when I was young all the time.. or on Sourcroute recepies..

Luckly I do like cottage cheese.. (now)

Eat regular sour cream, just use in moderation and in protein+fat meals. Fatty fat free foods come too far from 'clean".
