Hey guys....Does anyone else following Adam's diet lean towards more pepperoni and cheese and less on veggies? I am Italian and cursed I think....should I be following the serving size recommendations strictly or are these just guidelines?

vegi's should be your priority...if they are then you can be a little more liberal with serving sizes and whatnot.
if you're getting the majority of your calories from calorie dense food then the importance of serving sizes increase dramaticly.

I like the way you put it, gobbla.
I am a veggieholic, unfortunately after salad number 3 my tummy isn't too happy.

I'm pretty much an anti-vegetarian, in that I've never outgrown not eating veggies. I'll eat corn, peas, carrots (cooked), and generally that's about it, except an occasional caesar salad. I'm a *really* picky eater, so I guess it works out that I consider myself to be a good cook and don't mind doing so (I especially *hate* onions, and will actually sit there and pick them out before eating)

I never hated veggies, but now I love them. In fact, I LOVE canned green beans. I eat at least a can a day. I like fresh ones, but I love the canned ones.
I eat a lot of my veggies as cold salads. I cook a lot of them and then toss them with oil and vinegar, just vinegar and spices, or some sort of salad dressing. Then, put them in the fridge in seperate little containers that are easy to grab and stash in my cooler.

My boyfriend's favorite meal when I met him was scrambled eggs with canned green beans. He has learned to cook other stuff since.. but it IS actually very tasty.
I replace 1 of the 2 eggs with just Egg whites when I make them for myself.

I love frozen corn, but it seems to have a lot more calories than leafy greens . . .

Awww come on Paradigm, eat those veggies!!! You probably just need to experiment with different veggies, cooking methods, and seasonings. And yeah, I know, picky eaters don't like to experiment -- I am married to one! But I am a firm believer in tastes being acquired. Sure, we all have things that we HATE (like beets and canned peas - YUCK!), but somewhere out there in the vegetable world, there are some critters you can learn to love.
You need to move down South, anyway, and experience some real veggies. Get away from all that bland Yankee food!

Mmmm... Nothing like garden fresh from the south. And, if you play it right, you can harvest something until late October. EAT YOUR VEGTABLES YOUNG MAN!
