Question

Hey all, I know this topic has been thrown around before, but I guess I'll resurect it for my benefit...

I'm cutting, but doing either waterbury or TT workouts that require a decent amount of weight to be pushed.. I haven't taken creatine since I was bulking and was wondering if it's helpful when I'm cutting or a waste?

I know it won't hurt me, but why waste it and have to buy more if it isn't helping?

yes/no/opinions/commments?

thanks in advance!

Creatine should help you keep your strength up during a cutting phase. The downside is that creatibe also tends to add a little of bloat to people and might cause you to gain a few pounds in water weight. Your call really.

If you want to avoid edema, try CE2 by MRI. This product was released last April. I ran the trials on it and have used it for two years. CE2 is esther creatine, doesn't require water to load and has shown a much higher creatine uptake than monohydrate.

Has anyone else used CE2 and if so, what are your reviews on it?
