At a local chicken place they offer grilled and fried chicken tenders. I went to the website for the restaraunt and they had nutritional data posted for most of their food. According to the website there was only a difference of 13 calories and 1 gram of fat between a fried chicken tender and a grilled chicken tender. Do you think this information is for the chicken before it is cooked and the excess calories is from the batter alone? I would think that frying and battering a chicken tender would add much more than 13 calories. Thanks for any comments.
