I've been on Adams Diet for the past couple weeks.

I'm 6'2, 182lbs with 19% bf.

In a normal day I consume:

Breakfast- 3 hard boiled eggs

Snack- peanuts and a string cheese stick

Lunch- Sandwich consisting of 2 pieces whole wheat bread, a small amount of spinach, 2 big slices of pepper jack cheese, and 5 deli sliced turkey slices with a mixture of spinach/green beans/carrots/broccoli

Snack- peanuts and a string cheese stick

Dinner- Chicken breast and a mixture of spinach/green beans/carrots/broccoli

Randomly somewhere in the day I also eat a pear and an apple. A bag of carrots is also munched on periodically.

What do you guys think? Seem ok? Can you think of anything else you'd add?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

I just worked out and now I'm mowing down a chicken breast and veggies.

I also do the protein/carb drinks as recommended before/during and after my workout.
