I read somewhere that fish oil is good for your joints and helping joint pain after running.

My question is this, what's a decent kind of fish oil?

Is flax seed oil any good?


I guess basically what I'm trying to ask is are these oils worth taking on top of Adams Diet and a multi-vitamin twice a day. What are the differences? (

Fish oil is better than Flaxseed.

I'd definitely take it if I were you.

So if I take 2-3 caps of fish oil per meal, then there really is no need for flaxseed oil then?
What does flaxseed oil have that fishoil doesn't?

There are other people that take 1 cap of flaxseed oil and 1 cap of fish oil per meal, I have both but what's the best route to go?
