Question

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this product? Supposedly it's used during or post workout as Fast-digesting complex carb and it says it's sugar-free. The carbs come directly from "Vitargo."

I know when all else fails I should just reach for MaltoDextrin but I was reading about this stuff in an article from Flex magazine and was wondering if anyone has tried it, or has information on it.

Here's a link to the product I'm looking at VITARGO

ok if it is fast digesting what makes it ANY better then dextrose? The reason people say 'sugar' is bad for you is because it is fast digesting. If this is the reason you are taking it then this isnt neccisarily 'bad'.

In conclusion: Waste of money, if you wanna go the high GI PWO route malto and/or dextrose will work fine. I personally use 100% Dextrose caus I have a sweet tooth

I don't take it. I was just wondering if anyone else has taken it before. I haven't decided against taking Maltose or Dextrose. I just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about or has taken this product.

I tried it a few years ago... I think it was orange flavor. Tasted terrible, didn't do anything more than regular creatine. Of course, my training and nutrition wasn't A+ at the time, but still... I'd say stick with malto and some sort of straight creatine.

Thanks for the info RH, I figured as much. I've already decided to order some dextrose and maltodextrin in its place. You can't go wrong with that
