The "Lucky 13" is with John Berardi this week, and he cites Dr. John Williams' chili as his favorite muscle-building food.

The other questions/answers are great as well -- I found the archetype stuff fascinating.

I love that chili. I made a batch last week, took half to a party and have been diving into the other half for my lunches this week.

Super stud, ha

That's funny OldGuy, I just made a huge batch of the stuff too. I'm actually eating the last bit of it now. Great stuff, but after eating it nonstop for the past week, I have to say I'm getting a little tired of it.

Give me a week though and I'll be ready for another batch.

That is a great interview with JB. Kudos to both JB and Chris Shugart for a great mix of humor and information.

I have really enjoying these 13 question interviews on t-mag. There have been 3 of them now and I have learned a lot from reading them.
