if i consume 1500 calories a day how much of it should i be burning in order 2 lower bf?

Remember some calories are burned just by your daily activities. So it's not like you consume 1,500, you need to burn 1,500 with cardio, some of that is already taken care of just by living. Depends on your height, weight, current activity level. OG's link goes into a bit more explanation.
