Good stuff. Excellent ingredients. Tastes great. Super convenient for work/travel. 34g carbs from whole grain oats. 30g protein from the muscle milk protein blend. rock on!

(I'm not saying this site is the place to buy. It just has the basic info.)

Isn't the whole point of Muscle Milk that the Medium-Chain fats are digested like carbohydrates? Why add carboyhydrates on top of it? And why pay a company to sell you oats when you can buy them dirt cheap from the grocery store and just add them in when you blend your shake?

TS, I've heard you say that before. How do you know it was specifically the MM...was it the only thing you changed in your diet at the time?

Leaf: I see what you're saying. However, I'm currently on a "bulk", so the extra quality carbs are welcome. And I agree about the extra oats... but I also know that having a couple of containers of this stuff at work is really convenient. As much as I plan ahead, sometimes I find myself down in my little basement workplace, 3 hours in, 5 hours to go... with not quite enough food... and certainly no blender. We do, however, have a microwave, so if I leave a few down there in the back office...

That's all. Not saying this should be a consistent meal replacement. But it is tastier and healthier than most protein bars.

TS: please explain! I'd like to know!
