define "eat normally". im guessing you would need to change your diet somewhat...
get rid of love handles? lower your bodyfat through proper exercise (not a particular exercise) and nutrion programs, you cant spot reduce sorry...

Welcome to the forums Sareena. The best way to lose fat is to combine cardio (running, cycling, etc.) together with weightlifting. Devote about the same amount of time for each.

For nutrition, eat lean protein, fresh fruit and veggies, fish oil, and whole grains/beans.

There are some good bodyweight only routines for those who don't have weights.

Craig Ballantyne has TT for Bodyweight. Turbulencetraining.com. TT is a great program. Very reasonably priced, too.

There are a lot of folks here who do Craig's TT programs with great success.

depends how strict you are
list a typical days meals and at what times because people have different views on what is healthy eating. are you eating 5 to 6 times a day??
i would be lifting 3 to 4 times a week and cardio on your days "off".
if youre serious about dropping BF you should look at getting a simple weight setup - bench, bar and DB's.
altho you could start with push ups, pullups etc

lol i cant do pushups there so hard! i usually eat 5times a day...
8.30-weetabix
11.00-banana
1.00-orange
4.00-eggs
7.00-chicken/fish salad
sometimes milk before bed
that sound ok?
if i did weights right wouldnt that just tone my arms up?

hmmmmmm thats not much eating in one day. i dont know how heavy 8 stone is in kg but between 8.30 and 4 youre eating sfa! maybe throw in a can of tuna or a chicken breast? try and have some cottage cheese before bed too...
if you cant do push ups you wont be able to do a pull up, so you will have to start with negatives and as for the push ups, do them on your knees rather than having your feet straight out...
you wont be "toning" your body, you will be increasing muscle and lowering BF. And i guess if youre only going to do arm curls, weights will only affect your arms, so thats why you need to be doing a full body split...
but even doing just push ups and pull ups youll be working all the muscles of your upper body (but will only progress so far) but wont do anything for your lower body.
so i would suggest either going to a gym or buying your own gear - as in equipment, not the illegal stuff

reason i dont eat heavily is because i put on weight easily. and i think 8 stone is about 50kg. i cant go gym because mum thinks im going anorexic lol so she keeps an eye on me. so i'll try push ups and 30mins running a day thanks for your help its been sooo helpful

50kg? damn, how tall you??? unless your 3 foot 2, i dont think you need to worry about body fat too much
i dont think too many anorexics visit the gym... she should be supporting you as youre wanting a healthy lifestyle!
even if you do put weight on easily, if youre running and lifting for a combination of 6 days a week, youre going to need to improve your nutrition, esp between 8.30 and 4pm!
