Good thinking, SFG! Most of the people here agree with you, and take fish oil.
I guess I'm lucky, because I don't get the burps from the pills (though I've recently substituted 6 of my usual 8-12 pills for a tablespoon of straight, orange-flavored oil, and it gives me a few orange-flavored burps [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).
The reason I take 5-6g per day (of EPA/DHA combined) is all of the studies that indicate it can help joints, asthma and depression... and I deal with each of those. We'll see... I haven't had a particularly hard time with them recently, so maybe it's the fish oil!
