I'm going to start bulking, I've got to get bigger or no one everyone is going to think I go to the bar during lunch instead of the gym.
So I'll be adding in a protein shake or two, and I'll be putting creatine in my PWO. So what else do you think I should take and why. I'm not looking for some miracle pill; I'll be putting in plenty of time in the kitchen and the gym (in that order). Just looking for suggestions, whatever you give me I'll do some research on before I buy it.
