So, I'm packing for a week long trip to Boston.

I've got:

3 days of PWO drink powders
6 packets of fish oil capsules and vitamins
extra creatine
bags of nuts
bags of jerky
protein bars

I'm just looking at it, all laid out. It just looks crazy!

Ah... I remember the "good ol' days" of looking forward to 6 days of fast food and junk food on the road...

"good ol' days" huh?

Those good ol' days are only good until that fast food settles in your gut and feels like toxic waste running through your GI tract.

I know how you feel though. My family laughed at me when I packed my protein bars, pills and powders on our cruise.

Of course it looks crazy. You've worked hard to earn that title of "fitness nut", right?

I hope airport security doesn't give you a hard time about the protein powder.

Have a great trip. Boston's a great city with lots of fun stuff to do. Hope this isn't an all-business trip and you can take in a Red Sox game or something.

I thought about the airport, but there was no search that I know about.

Good week, so far. Signed up for a week at the local Gold's Gym. Good workout yesterday. Decent eating, too. My first pizza in about a year, but it was thin crust, hardly any cheese, with bbq chicken breast. Tasty and I didn't overeat it...
