what are your goals and stats? i can tell you right now that some of these "meals" are more like snacks. you should really be eating 5-8 meals a day.

Why do you say snacks? They are all pretty full of calories.

I am looking to cut bodyfat. Oh, this plan still doesn't include my 2- 8 oz gatorade and protein WO drinks

[/quote]well, 1/2c of almonds is a lot of calories, but its not a balanced meal. and a bag of popcorn isnt a good meal either. before bed you should have a slow digesting protein source(like cottage cheese) and a healthy fat source.

also, where do your pre and post fit into this diet?

finally, do you know the total calories, carbs, etc? if not go to fitday.com and figure it out.

The popcorn at bedtime is my main weakness. I need a salty snack at night. I have gone to fitday and done the calculations, but I just HATE to count calories.

I just went through the "Adams diet" post, and am thinking about starting that one. The discipline of a perfect diet is a bitch. I have made my diet 80% better from where it was at before, yet it doesn't seem to matter much. Keeping at the 80% perfect just keeps me fitting into my pants.

Cottage cheese has plenty of salt and makes a great before bed snack.
