sodium free deli meats?

Is there any healthy deli meats in Canada? I do not like using deli meats, but it does save a lot of time and money.

See if they have Boar's Head brands. I'm pretty sure these are relatively low in sodium, and are by far my favorite deli meat.

I use boars head too...I used to get turkey breast..now I get the chicken breast or blazing buffalo chicken breast. Any other deli meat taste like pure salt to me.
