Hi Guys! Does anyone have any experience with Cyto Gainer? It looks like it would make a good post workout meal or even a replacement meal. Thanks in advance.

Yep, I'm nearing the end of my second bottle (of Rocky Road) and it's great. Tastes good, mixes very well, includes all the carbs and protein I'd want, plus a good hit of creatine and glutamine. I usually have 3 scoops instead of 4: two that I mix up for before/during, one scoop afterwards. I also supplement it with extra creatine and glutamine, since I don't take the full serving size.

RockHard,

Have you gained any lean mass while this? Also, do you think the 3grams of creatine would be enough to boost strength? I'm currently not using creatine.

I haven't been monitoring my weight, sorry. I really should, but just never think of it.

I have made good gains in strength in certain areas, though. The 3g is fine for keeping your system stocked with creatine.

If I was to only take one full serving a day would it be better as a pre or post workout shake?

Post, though I still recommend splitting it up into 1/2 before and 1/2 after.
