Hey everyone...I just got some Ripped Fuel Extreme Cut to help with my fat burning and definition...I had a question about when to take it. Should I take it before I work out? After? Before I eat? After? I also have a Whey protien shake that I drink every day with my working out...can I take the Ripped Fuel along with my protien shakes? I just want to do it the right way, and am looking for good advice on it.

Yes you can take it with your protein shake. I believe you get best results taking it prior to workouts and on an empty stomach. ok, I answered the question, now let me be the dad that I am:

BE CAREFUL on that stuff! I was on it for awhile a few years back and my heartbeat got irregular, I was getting sweats, my pulse would race. It scared the shit out of me. I threw away the rest of the bottle. Everyone is different but please pay close attention to what your body is telling you.

Good luck with your goals. I hope you can do it safely.

GR-
Back then wasn't there ephedra in it?

I know ephedra is legal once again but the current Ripped Fuel Extreme doesn't contain ephedra. I use it myself as an energy booster. The main active ingredient in it is craploads of caffeine. That's how they assume you'll get 'ripped abs' is just by having so much energy you'll burn fat by all the work you'll put your body through.

I know I'm not going to get 'ripped abs' from the product even though it is the only product that 'guarantees ripped abs'
Like I said, it is good to light a flame under your arse when you don't have the motivation to work out.

Arrhythmias can still occur from large doses of caffeine I would assume. So as GR said, see how it works for you, you may not like it or it may work for you.

Watch out for caffeine addiction, it's a bitch to come off of.

Thanks for the advice....what does anybody else think? Ok, here's going to be my routine. I weightlift 4 days a week, and do 30 min cardio 6 days a week. I have a whey protien shake every day, and now will be adding the ripped fuel extreme cut to the picture. I just want to look better overall, like I have some muscle on me--not huge bodybuilder, but, just nice...ya know? I have a little pudge on my stomach and love handles, and my butt is a little flabby...when you look at me, I look relatively thin...will my formula here work if I keep at it? I'm 6'1", 180 lbs.....more opinions would be great--thanks for the advice already guys

If it were ME, I'd package the Ripped Fuel back up and return it, and then use the money for healthy food.

Anubis is right on. If it lights a fire under you, freaking awesome. Make sure you get your diet in line though! That's KEY!!! I'd follow the instructions on the bottle, and make sure your diet, rest, and training schedules are nailed down.

Whatever you do, stick with it man. That's the only way you're going to see results. Good luck!

If you just want to look nice, and not look like a bodybuilder, then train like the bodybuilder, and eat good foods.
