Just an update if anyone is curious. I ended up contacting Craig of cbathletics.com and I am doing turbulence training for fatloss with personal instruction from Craig.
I took my one month progress weight, pictures and measurements yesterday. I am down to 342 (down 7 pounds in 4 weeks, down 12 in 5 weeks) and 6.5 inches total, 3 coming from my chest.
My diet is going really well, staying around 2500 calories per Craig with a 40p/30c/30f split. I am proud to say that I have not cheated in over a month, except one long island ice tea on my gf's birthday (a mistake that I regret). Didn't even cheat on Thanksgiving.
