So is it possible so I don't have to eat that much anymore? I'm sick and tired of eating all day long just to get to 4600 cals. I only weigh 161lbs, and I would have liked to get to 180lbs. But I guess that's not gonna happen if I have to eat that much. My social life and motivation to keep lifting is really suffering. I need help fast!
btw, I'm only 17, Is it possible my metabolism will automaticly slow down? cuz my uncle used to be really skinny too when he was younger, but not anymore

Doing less excercise, if you don't lift as much will slow down your metabolism some. Also, eating more often speeds up your metabolism, so try eating a few large meals instead of a bunch of smaller meals and snacks. Hope this helps some.
