IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOOSE WEIGHT BY DRINKING A SMOOTHIE? HAS ANYONE TRIED THE RIGHTSIZE SMOOTHIE SHAKES AND IF SO HAVE YOU LOST ANY WEIGHT?

If you like smoothies, try the Abs Diet. They are practically the core of the diet.

You can lose weight on practically any diet. Will you keep it off? Probably not, unless you're willing to stick to Rightsize Smoothies forever.

If you're willing to go for a diet of healthy foods in the right proportions, plus some gym time, we can point you in the right direction.
