Question

How's my diet to drop the fat?

Breakfast (8 am) - 1 cup oats, 1 scoop Low-Carb Grow
Snack (10:30 am) - 2 scoops Low-Carb Grow, Apple or 6-9 pieces of ahi sushi
Lunch (1 pm) - Spinach salad w/ almonds, 1 carton egg whites and 1 egg scrambled
Snack (4 pm) - Muscle Milk RTD, Banana
Workout (6:30 pm) - Surge
Snack (8 pm) - 1 cup yogurt
Dinner (10 pm) - 3 scoops Grow or Spinach salad w/ almonds, 1 can tuna/salmon

Totals: 2350 cals, 40/40/20 (P/C/F)

I know the diet has a lot of supplements but they are the easiest to bring to work. I often rotate the supplements in and out. I eat this way 5 days a week. Any ideas of what/how to eat on the weekends? Seems pretty clean to me, any suggestions or comments?

It's almost all protein shakes. Where's the food?

I mix it up so minus the Surge, I have maybe 1-2 protein shakes a day depending on what I eat.

Oats and LC Grow (don't think that counts as a protein shake, maybe 1/2), Sushi, Spinach Salad w/ almonds, eggs, and egg whites, Muscle Milk RTD (again, 1/2 a shake because it's small), Yogurt, and another Spinach Salad w/ almonds and tuna/spinach.

What is wrong with having 1-2 protein shakes a day? Isn't it quality protein with quality carbs (if I have Grow instead of LC Grow)?

I'd do lower carbs, higher fat. Maybe 40/30/30. And other than for pre/post workout I'd use real food instead of shakes.

From a nutritional standpoint, you should eat more of a variety of foods... especially a variety of vegetables and fruit.

Omega 3's. Since you need convenience for work, I'd go with fish oil capsules and walnuts.
