Hey, im concerned about having too many of my calories/protien came from ON Whey. For ex., today i had 1 scoop whey + milk pre am cardio, and the same again after it. Then, i had 1 scoop in a pre/during WO shake, and another in a post WO shake. THEN, when i had oatmeal just now, i had another scoop in the oatmeal for the flavor as well as the prot.

That totals 5 scoops of ON Whey in ONE day!? I think ill switch to just milk pre and post cardio?
anything opinions/comments/insights - Besides what itll cost to keep this up and making sure my macros work out?
Thanks

EDIT: Although nothing overtly wrong, it just makes more sense to stop drinking so much whey and eat some real foods. Milk pre and post cardio, maybe some chicken and oil pre workout, try the p+f route. Eh, sorry for the lame post.

Doing the scrawny to brawny you are to have 3 shakes a workout. 1 before, 1 during and 1 after. Each consists of 2 scoops dextrose or malto and 1 scoop whey. So in this you would be getting 3 a day. Other than that John Berardi doesn't suggest whey after that.
