Question

Hello.
Now that summer has hit I usually want to sleep in so I dont wake up till 10:30 11:00ish but I have found out that I am not able to fit all my meals in with that time span. So I am wondering if I would just be able to eat as many as I can when I wake up and still gain weight. The time I'm not up I'm sleep so my calorie expediture is lower then when I am up. Does anything think this would work or should I just set my alarm for 7:00AM

I'm not getting up in the middle of the night I'm just not awake for as long as I usually am and I dont have the time to fit 6 to 8 meals in 7 hours. I was wondering if I am only awake for 7 hours will I still be able to gain weight if I eat as much as I can in that amount of time?

How late do you stay up? If you're only awake for 7 hours, that means you are going to bed at like 6pm! I would assume you are up for a bit longer than that, and if that's the case, I would focus on continuing to eat every 2 hours or so, and make sure that you get a good amount of slow protein right before bed so your muscles aren't wasting away.

I think I just need to set my alarm and get my ass up for a week so I can get back on a normal schedule and start hauling some ass int he gym. I think I could gain another 10LBS if I just put a tab bit more effort into it.

It does take a lot of effort to eat so many meals. Ah I chose this right? Right.

That's a good call. It's nice in the summer, even if you can get out of bed by like 8 or 9, you can still have the gym to yourself for the morning. Then you could be done with your workout with a whole day ahead of you by the time you were waking up before. Ah, to have a summer break again...

For my 10 day summer vacation (damn summer school) i would only be awake for like 12 hours a day.

all i would do is go to the gym, eat ALOT of mom's good home cooking and just relax. i ended up actually gaining like 2-3 pounds (probably all fat lol). i wish i could live like that all the time.

....damn i miss those cow tongue tacos....
