I see so much temptation around and really want it, but it bugs me soo much. How are you meant to cope when there is so much un-healthy food that tastes so god-dammned gorgeous.

One way is to not let yourself get too hungry. Planning several small, healthy meals a day is the best way to avoid the siren call of fast food.

One thing I do is, when I have a craving for something un-healthy, I log the food into my daily food log on fitday before I eat it. When I see the results, that usually is enough to convince me to think of something else to eat. Not always, but most of the time, and if it doesn't, at least I know a head of time what I'm doing and can maybe make up for it somewhere later or at least control the portions.

Try brushing your teeth and/or swigging some mouthwash. It's harder to put stuff in your mouth when your mouth is feeling clean. And, if you do, it won't taste very good...
