I'm in a lot of sports camps this summer and I'm thinking about my diet - on one hand, I really want to lose fat and such, so I don't want to be eating a lot, but on the other hand, I want to have enough energy to get through everything, 100% every time. Some basic info on me - 14 yr old female, most recent timed mile - 7:21, sit up test - 80 (that was the max), push up test - 15, sleep roughly eight hours nightly, weight - 125 lbs, height - 5'8''.

Now, here's my schedule...

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7:00 - 8:30 Running Camp (usually about 40 min spent actually running)
12:00 - 2:00 Basketball Camp

Tuesday, Thursday
7:00 - 7:30 Running Camp (these days, I won't actually do the running; I'll be there for abs)
8:00 - 11:00 Tennis Camp
12:00 - 2:00 Basketball Camp
6 PM - Running (not sure how long)

I may end up adding some weight training either on weekends or Mon, Wed, Fri.

So, what do you guys think?

Try looking over the "Adams Diet" in the Fitness Faq section (top of the page)
