Okay, I would never bother with this anyways. But does anyone know if there is any advantage to drinking an energy drink, such as the overly expensive to the degree that its theft Red Bull?

I mean, the stuff can pump a lot of people up. It takes 2-3 cans for me becuase of my hyper metabolism and it just generally not being that potent, but I notice an effect. Would it be a benefit for working out?

Im just curious.

The caffiene would give you a boost most likely, but I wouldn't go with Redbull as it has too much sugar. Instead, try having a cup of green tea, a caffiene pill, or even a cup of black coffee.

Reload Light has 0g of sugar in it, it tastes pretty good, but I have no idea if it's good for that goal.

Get the redbull sugar free.

Works for me. No sugar.

There's this dude selling XanGo over in another thread. I hear that stuff is supposed to get you jacked, and it heals just about anything!

Seriously, I usually have half a cup of coffee or a cup of green tea. Does the trick.
