So one of my friends who is pretty ripped mentioned that he eats beans all the time.
I know he must not be eating refried beans, but he said he eats beans straight out of the can.
Anyone else here eat beans alot? What kind do you recommend? Any canned ones ok? What should I look out for on the nutrition label?
I would have thought that the processed / canned beans were not a good choice.
