Now let me preface this with the fact that I am fully aware that the Tanita scale is not accurate. I am merely speaking relative terms. BUT whenever I have done the bodyfat around 8pm or so it has always been around 27-28%,I mean always. Well last night, after not having checked it for months, it was a little under 24%!!! I am saying just 2% or so for any space to breathe. This is the 3rd week of running intervals instead of distance, full body compound 3x a week workouts and eating about 40-40-20 or so.
My arms are tight and awesome, my legs are getting better and I am much less bloaty.
For those of you following my stuff, you already know that this has been 5 years in a standstill of high bodyfat, pudgy, lotsa running and so on with NOTHING for results, I mean nothing. So this is HUGE.
I would like to thank RockHard, Traininggirl, Gobbla, LostDog, Oldguy, Emartin and all the others that went beyond the call of duty in helping me. I would also like to thank the academy...ok sorry getting carried away here, I am just so motivated after forever with nothing and just 3 weeks of your help, its working.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Your welcome. Glad to see it's working. Remember, when you see your starting to stall again (not making the gains you had been getting) make changes to your routine.

Thanks, yes I am the one implementing them, but understand I have always worked hard at my health. Running, eating fairly "healthy" and such. It took specific recommendations from you guys and pouring over JB's articles and links to other similar sites/workouts and such to get a doubting thomas to even try something different.
I will most certainly keep it up and when I do stall again, not only will I make changes to my routine, assuradly I will be back on the boards asking my brilliant questions that make me sound like a rocket scientist! giggle, giggle.

Sweet! So glad to hear it! Keep it up, and like OG said, as soon as things start to stagnate, change it up.
