Just wondering, besides the hard cover, soft cover part, content wise, are there any difference between the 2 TAP books?

The hardcover also contains a nine week, Advanced TAP workout, for 18 weeks of workouts. This workout does not have home/gym options. It's gym only.

Other than that, and the hard cover, it's the same.

I'd buy the softcover and spend the extra on Book of Muscle, instead.

I ALREADY got the BOM [img]smile.gif[/img] My TAP is really new, but the pages are all falling out. Its annoying...badly made.
