If on the go, what fast food restaurant offer good food full of protein and other healthy stuff?
I heard Taco Bell and Subways offer good menu ideas but what are they? Is the SweetOnion Teryaki Sub good for you at Subway? Is the Club Chalupa good for you at Taco Bell?

What meats are other food are good for people bulking up? I heard oatmeal was and chicken breasts and some lean meats are but I was wondering if there was a tastier and cheaper selection. And also is there anyone that is eating to cook (by just throwing it on a George Foreman grill) and is really good.

My last question is what types of spices that I can experiment with that don't have alot of bad stuff (like sodium) that go good with food. Also if you could inform me what foods those are I would sure appreciate it.

The reason why I'm asking this is because I would like to have variation in my diet so I don't get tired of eating the same thing. If any of you all have any ideas or suggestions, let me know. Thanks.

Here's a pretty good idea as to what foods you can incorporate to provide a bit of variety into the diet.

In terms of subway, watch out for hidden calories in various sauces and dressings. I would still prefer to eat a good home cooked meal, but if i was desperate or out of town, then Subway would be an alternate option.
Iv'e never seen a Taco Bell in Australia, so can't help you there.

Eating at any fast food place should be an absolute last resort....nearly everything is real bad for you, even the stuff with decent macronutrient profiles because of all the processing the food go's through. Research up on clean eating, there is plenty of variation that can be acheived so you don't need to eat that fast food crap.
