Hi,
does anyone of you know how much carbs your body can absorp at one time (I'm talking about maltose, dextrose, ... the direct carbs)?
Since summer vacation will start at the end of the week, I'll probably be less home. So I need to change my diet. So I'm going to drink a lot of shakes in the afternoon/evening since that's portable [img]smile.gif[/img]
btw, I've read that the max amount of protein that the body can abosrp at one time is around 30-50gr? Is this right?
