Not a shake but...
pan fry 1 brautwurst (split in half)
fry 2-4 eggs in the drippings
put on toast and eat sandwich style
1 cup of coffee with 2 asprin.
Seriously...stomach that bad boy and you'll be set

Nope, never tried it as I HATE tomatos, tomato juice, V-8 juice, etc.
Alot of people seem to like it though.

tomato beer with juice is called soup around here, it used to be a very popular drink. But, on to the main topic: the best way to cure an hangover, is to drink 2-3-4 BIG glasses of water before going to bed (all dependant on how much you drank). You probably need to be a skilled drunkard to take down more then 4 big glasses of water when you need to though

It basically proports that its a Carbo-Blocker type deal? Those effective at all? And then a bunch of herbs, natural whatevers, that help prevent hangovers. Doesn't seem all that special, and the marketing for it is definately lame =-]
