Hey guys
TAP only gave 1 week of recipes, the rest is to the reader to find. Anyone know any good recipes, or what the average ratio of cals, protein, fat and carbs would be for a meal, following the TAP program?

Ash,

You just have to sit down and build some meals. Here is a link to download the USDA database. It has the stats on about anything you would eat.

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/srch/search.htm

I put this info into a speadsheet to sum up the meal data and daily/weekly data....

Look into the South Beach Diet Cookbook. It's got a lot of good recipes.

Also, check out the low carb cookbooks in the bookstores. I think some go too far and/or focus on how to make all sorts of treats that are "low carb." But, the ones that focus on good carbs and minimizing the bad ones are available in most bookstores.

Lost Dog, dats so true! Luckly for me, I actually have the South beach diet! I think using that would be quiet good. Still, it comes down to making a plan.
