i am new to the supplement world and i am doing a jump program to increase my vertical and overall speed i was wondering if there were any supplements that i could use to increase my explosiveness. thanks for any help in advance.

Welcome!

The short answer is unfortunately, no. Someone may chime in with a different opinion but hard work and proper nutrition will increase your athletic abilities. I only use supplements in improve my overall nutrition. I use a mutlivitamin, fish oil capsules and whey (protien).

There is tons of information on this board about proper nutrition but you might want to look specifically for pre and post workout supplements or shakes (commonly refered to as PWO). That is where most people add supplements to their daily routine.
