Hi, I am just about to start 'Scrawny To Brawny' and I am looking for a quick P+F breakfast idea. I normally like quick breakfasts that I can blend up & drink before I shoot off to work. Any ideas would be much appreciated...

Many thanks.

Johnka and Berardi's ebook includes all sorts of "shake" recipes for quick meals.

http://johnberardi.com/products/gourmet/index.htm

But, here's one that I drink (not from the book, though).

1 cup cottage cheese
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 small banana
Equal, to taste
water to thin
ice, if desired
