I am looking to lose that last 10 lbs of fat and have tried the abs diet without sucess, I believe it is b/c of too much milk and bad pwo nutrition. I was wondering what you guys think would be better, following TAP dietary rules or just follow what John Berardi wrote in his Lean eating articles:

By the way I am following turbulence training for fat loss and will begin week 2 on monday, tomarrow I will be following the core part of the workout.
