I am looking to lose that last 10 lbs of fat and have tried the abs diet without sucess, I believe it is b/c of too much milk and bad pwo nutrition. I was wondering what you guys think would be better, following TAP dietary rules or just follow what John Berardi wrote in his Lean eating articles:

By the way I am following turbulence training for fat loss and will begin week 2 on monday, tomarrow I will be following the core part of the workout.

JB's lean eating guide is more or less just a guide to clean eating. Either should be fine.

don't get so hung up on "the best." Truthfully, there's no such thing. The best diet, workout, etc. is one you'll stick to.
